Gas

Whiin the city limits is a city gas region and outside of that area, some regions are on propane gas. Be sure to check ehith gas you may use.

1. At the time of moving in
   • In the case of Osaka Gas being used

     Let Osaka Gas (tel : 31-2481) know the time of your mive and use.

   • inthe case of propane gas

     Ask the agent or landlord about the shop where you can buy the gas.

2. How to pay the charge
   • In the case of Osaka Gas
     1. Pay the bill throght a bank or a post office.
     2. Pay the bill through your account at the bank automatically.
     3. Pay the bill to the collector who visits your home.
   • In the cace of propane gas

     Ask the propane gas service station.

3. At the time of moving out
   Notify Osaka Gas or the propane gas service station in advance.
4. How use gas and appliances
   1. You must match the gas appliance with the type of gas. If you use a gas appliance that doesn't match the gas type, it results in incomplete combustion. Make sure what type of gas you use. It can be dangerous if you do not.
   2. You must ventilate the air in the room when you turn on the gas. For large water heaters and bath heaters, make sure there are ventilation hols. For small heaters turn the ventilation fan on or open the window.
